The Estonian Interior Ministry has given eight decommissioned police vehicles to the Academy of Security Sciences for use in training.

The corresponding order was signed by the ministry's secretary general Leif Kalev earlier this week. The oldest of the vehicles is a 1998 Opel Astra and the newest a 2003 Opel Vectra. Among the vehicles there's also a Suzuki Liana, a Ford Mondeo and a Fiat Ducato.

The vehicles will be used by the Academy of Security Sciences in training, such as training of the cutting out of victims from crashed cars.
