A hot air balloon with four passengers on board crashed on top of a tree near Tori, Parnu County, on Sunday morning after running out of fuel. Rescuers were summoned shortly before 8 a.m. to help the people get down from the tree.
The rescue operation was over shortly before 11 a.m. Nobody received injuries, spokespeople for the Rescue Board said.
