The Estonian media holding Eesti Meedia signed last week an agreement with the South African Naspers group on the acquisition of Allegro Baltics, owner of the popular real estate portal kv.ee and the classifieds website osta.ee.

Besides the two above-mentioned websites, the Allegro group includes the Lithuanian operator of classifieds portals Diginet LT. By mutual agreement the price of the transaction will not be disclosed. The transaction is subject to approval by the Lithuanian regulator.

The Eesti Meedia group also includes the classifieds website soov.ee, daily Postimees, publisher of regional newspapers Uhinenud Ajalehed, Kanal 2 television channel, and radio broadcasting group Trio LSL.
