The Social Democrats, led by Katri Raik, are forming a coalition in Narva with Mihhail Stalnuhhin, who has expressed hostile views toward the Estonian state. Raik has stated that the coalition is being created in the interests of Narva and that the parties may remain divided on issues concerning the state. What should we make of this?
