Prime Minister Kristen Michal (Reform Party) has stated that the constitution should be amended to prevent Russian and Belarusian citizens from voting in local elections a year from now. How can this be achieved within a year, considering that the Social Democrats are opposed to the idea within the coalition and have proposed an alternative in the form of a loyalty check?
