Last week, 88 war refugees from Ukraine applied for temporary protection in Estonia, and as of Dec. 24, there were 35,963 war refugees with valid temporary protection in the country.
50,592 war refugees have received temporary protection in Estonia
Since the start of Russia's military assault on Ukraine, Estonia has extended temporary protection to a total of 50,592 war refugees.
In addition, 24 Ukrainian citizens applied for international protection in Estonia last week.
To date, Estonia has provided international protection to 6,366 citizens of Ukraine.
