From among the 17 works sent to compete for design solution of Viimsi Parish State Gymnasium building, «CLT» by Novarc Group AS and KAMP Arhitektid OÜ was yesterday declared the winner.

The building was planned to need as little energy as possible, the main material being CLT i.e. Cross Laminated Timber.
Local leaders are happy about how nicely the building will fit into the environment.
Of the €18,000 awards fund for the competition, winner took €6,500.
Next in line, State Real Estate Ltd will enter talks with winner regarding the construction project.
The new schoolhouse for the parish blessed with lots of young families with children will take 540 pupils and is intended to enter service in the fall of 2018.
