The board of Estonia's ruling Reform Party decided on Wednesday to name Environment Minister Keit Pentus-Rosimannus for foreign minister and head of the parliamentary National Defense Committee Mati Raidma for environment minister.
The position of foreign minister fell vacant after Urmas Paet decided to take Andrus Ansip's seat in the European Parliament.
