From the evenings of September 2nd to September 3rd, Rävala Avenue section between Liivalaia and Kivisilla Streets is closed for drivers and pedestrians alike. On foot, people may proceed along the pavement across the street from Swissotel. Also closed down is the area behind the Swissotel building right up to the house of Postimees. This morning, temporary check points and fences were being erected in Tornimäe.
