Businessman Konstantin Ivanišvili is an Abkhazian Estonian who came to Estonia in the year of 1984. Currently, he owns about 70 registered immovables in Tallinn and Harju County.

Business model of OÜ Fuxia Holdings, the company of Mr Ivanišvili, is simple: from bankruptcy estates, road areas of new housing developments are bought up – such as are the only option for the dwellers to use. Thereafter, the latter will be asked money to travel the roads. In addition to that, Mr Ivanišvili owns a tree plantation near Harku quarry.

«They write that Mr Ivanišvili is crook and baddy,» said Mr Ivanišvili. «Mr Ivanišvili could not be wicked when he went to official auction and kept all its rules.»
