Center Party dominating in Tallinn.

Polling company TNS Emor's recent survey demonstrates that the ruling Center Party remains far ahead of the competition in the capital with 46 percent of the vote while its competitors the Pro Patria Res Publica Union (IRL), the Reform Party and the Social Democrat Party (SDE) are forced to settle for 14, 13 and 9 percent respectively.

The centrists' lead is considerable also looking at mayoral candidates as party chairman Edgar Savisaar's support rating of 37 percent is once again in a league of its own. He is followed by Mart Helme of the Conservative People's Party (11 percent), IRL's Eerik-Niiles Kross (10 percent) and Vilja Savisaar-Toomast (Reform Party) and Andres Anvelt (SDE) at 7 percent each.

The only segment where the mayor's party loses out is among ethnic Estonian voters (9 percent) while it makes up for this with its massive support rating among other nationalities (72 percent). Nationwide local elections poll results would see the Center Party ahead with 29 percent, followed by the Reform Party with 13 percent and both SDE and IRL with 10 percent.
