«At Müürivahe Street, a number of stones dropped from Müürivahe tower unto the roof and windscreen of a car,» described Lauri Kreutzwald, who shot pictures of the incident.
«Luckily, tourists walking near the car were not hit. Police refused to show up and referred the case to Mupo [Municipal Police],» added Mr Kreutzwald.
