Emor poll analyst Aivar Voog said the Reform Party's declining support in recent months has been the result of a steady stream of negative media attention.

Reform's popularity has dropped consistently in Emor polls since last August. Meanwhile, support for the opposition parties has overcome support for the ruling parties, reported ERR News.

"I believe the media's general stance has continued to be critical of the coalition parties in the last few months. There is little positive news. There has been discussion of problems, including state-owned companies [Editor's note: controversy over Estonian Air and Eesti Energia] and inflation," Voog said, adding that declining support was spearheaded by low-income citizens.
