Estonia's new president was not elected in the second electoral college round of Estonia's presidential election on Saturday.

Siim Kallas received 138 votes, Allar Joks 134 votes, while 57 ballots were left blank and 3 were invalid.

This means that an extraordinary presidential election will take place in the parliament in 14 days.
