According to the results of a survey carried out by Enterprise Estonia most of the Finns living in Estonia would recommend moving to the Baltic country to their acquaintances because abodes are better in Estonia and the purchasing power greater, the Finnish daily Helsingin Sanomat reports.

Of the respondents 59 percent would recommend moving to Estonia, 37 percent would recommend moving but would also advise to be somewhat careful, and 2 percent would not recommend moving to the country.

Around 300 Finns living in Estonia took part in the survey which is only about 5 percent of the 6,300 Finnish citizens officially living in the country.

There are nearly 10 times more Estonians living in Finland than there are Finns living in Estonia. Estonia's average income is less than a third of the average income in Finland, while the salaries in the field of information technology are more able to compete.

According to the Finnish respondents the purchasing power of their income in Estonia is better.

Labor and healthcare services are on the same level as in Finland, the respondents said.

Although Estonians are often considered reserved, the respondents did not think that.
