The Estonian and Moldovan agriculture ministers came at a meeting in Moldova to the conclusion that bilateral trade could be increased by selling Estonian dairy products in Moldova and Moldovan wine in Estonia.

The visiting Estonian minister, Ivari Padar, met on Monday with the Moldovan minister of agriculture and food industry, Vasile Bumacov, and deputy minister Vlad Loghin, as well as with Deputy Foreign Minister Valeriu Chiveri, the Ministry of Agriculture in Tallinn said.

Padar is to meet with Moldovan entrepreneurs next. He is accompanied by a business delegation that consists of representatives of the food sector umbrella organizations and dairy and fish processing companies.
