Nordecon to build EUR 9 mln shopping center

The listed Estonian construction group Nordecon and real estate company Kantauro signed a contract for the construction of the Stroomi shopping center in Tallinn with a value of over nine million euros.

The net area of the two-story center with underground parking to be finished in September 2014 is approximately 15,000 square meters, Nordecon informed the stock exchange.

The consolidated revenue of the group in 2012 was 159.4 million euros.
