The Tallinn University of Technology was the most popular among student applicants with 10,505 applications, 837 of them from foreigners. IT, business and public administration were the most favored specialities. The Tartu University received 8,865 applications with medicine being the most popular. The Tallinn University continues accepting applications until July 9; there are so far 7,018 applicants from Estonia and 332 from abroad with the preferred faculties being law and psychology.
