The war history clubs Vironia and Front Line on Sunday reburied in the cemetery of Maardu the remains of 180 Soviet soldiers killed in battles in Estonia during World War, Russia's Interfax news agency reported.

The remains of the 180 soldiers were buried in a grave in the cemetery of the town of Maardu situated to the east of the Estonian capital Tallinn. The inscription on the memorial tablet on the grave reads "Here rest 180 unknown soldiers of the Red Army."

By now the remains of 350 Red Army soldiers found in various parts of Estonia have been reburied in the cemetery of Maardu.

The burial site is situated near the Red Army memorial set up in the cemetery of this predominantly Russian-speaking industrial town in 2005.
